By creating an account, accessing, or using TrafficBee ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

• You represent that all registration information you submit is accurate and truthful.
• You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.

3. Description of Service

TrafficBee is an AI-powered marketing automation and analytics platform that integrates with advertising and data tools (such as Google Ads and Meta Ads) to provide reporting, insights, and workflow automation.

We may use machine learning, automation, and third-party APIs to generate marketing recommendations and data visualizations. We make no guarantees about the accuracy or completeness of such information.

4. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must promptly notify us if you suspect any unauthorized access or breach.
• You are solely responsible for all activities under your account.

5. Subscription, Billing & Refund Policy

• TrafficBee offers a free plan and usage-based paid plans.
• All payments are processed via PayPal or other third-party payment processors.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time.
• No refunds are provided for subscription periods already billed or ongoing usage.
• Pricing and usage metrics are displayed transparently within your account dashboard.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use TrafficBee for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or misuse our AI models or backend code.
• Overload the system or interfere with its normal operation.
• Access the Platform using bots, scrapers, or automated tools.
• Use the service to monitor or benchmark for competitive purposes.

Violation of these rules may result in account termination without notice.

7. AI & Automation Disclaimer

TrafficBee's AI models and automation tools generate insights, recommendations, and campaign actions based on user data and third-party APIs. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect.

You are solely responsible for verifying all AI-generated information before acting on it. TrafficBee and TrafficBandits LTD assume no liability for business or financial decisions made based on AI outputs.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials on the Platform—including code, AI models, designs, and trademarks—are the property of TrafficBandits LTD. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute any part of the Platform without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• TrafficBandits LTD and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• We do not guarantee uptime, data accuracy, or performance results.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid to us in the previous 3 months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TrafficBandits LTD, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:

• Your use of the Platform,
• Your breach of these terms, or
• Third-party claims related to your marketing activities.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time, for any reason, including:

• Nonpayment,
• Violation of terms,
• Suspected misuse or abuse.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.
